Spaghetti Pie


Leftover Spaghetti and Meat Sauce                       
½ Cup of Parmesan Cheese
10 oz of Ricotta Cheese                                          
1 Tbl of Freshly Chopped Parsley
4 oz of Diced Mozzarella Cheese                           
2 Tsp of Ground Black Pepper                             
½ Tbl of Chopped Basil                                          
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper to Taste

In a bowl combine ricotta, basil, mozzarella, parsley, parmesan cheese and the egg with some salt and pepper
and mix into a pie filling like consistency and blend in the spaghetti with a little tomato sauce. Pour mixture into a 9
inch deep dish pie shell covering it with a thin layer
of leftover tomato sauce. Shred up the meat and spread it over the top of the pie and sprinkle some more
parmesan cheese over the top. In a preheated 375 degree oven, bake the pie for about 20-30 minutes. Let pie
rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Yield serves 4-8
