Whole Roasted Garlic Butter

1 Large garlic head
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Cut off the top quarter inch or so of the garlic head to reveal the
cloves of garlic.

Place garlic in the center of a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap the whole head in and then drizzle the
olive oil over liberally over the top of the cut head of garlic and season lightly with kosher salt and pepper.

Wrap each individual head completely in aluminum foil and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 50
minutes or until the garlic is very soft and easy to spread on some toasted bread or some crispy crackers.
