Tasty Pastry Onion Soup


1 lb of onions thinly sliced                     
1/2  cup of butter
1 quart of beef broth                              
1/2 tsp of salt
6 puff pastry sheets (cut round)             
1/4 tsp of pepper                                             
6 thick slices of Mozzarella cheese       
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce

In large saucepan, cook onions in butter until tender and caramelized.

Stir in beef  broth, Worcestershire with salt and pepper. Bring it to boil and then pour soup into a single serving
oven proof crock or bowl. Float a mozzarella slice on top and cover bowl tightly with puff pastry hanging over the
edge trimming off excess.

Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until pastry has risen and turned golden. Yields 6
