Marinated Button Mushrooms


2 lbs of medium size whole button mushrooms ( Crimini or White )
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1 tbl of Tabasco sauce
2 large cloves diced garlic
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 tbl of fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of dry thyme
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt

Wipe clean mushrooms of any dirt and trim off any woody ends.

In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Add mushrooms and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve using a
slotted spoon.
