Honey Roasted Turkey and Pasta Soup
6 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon dried thyme -- crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup of small dried tri-colored pasta
8 ounces of frozen mixed vegetables of choice
2 cups cubed cooked honey roasted turkey
In a large saucepan combine broth, water, thyme, and pepper and bring to a boil.
Stir in macaroni. Return to boiling; reduce heat to a slight boil for 3 minutes.
Stir in vegetables; return to boiling. Boil gently for 5 to 7 minutes more or until vegetables and pasta are tender.
Stir in cubed turkey and heat throughly and serve.
