Grilled London Broil

1 ½ -2 lb London Broil
½ Tsp of Dried Hot Red Pepper Flakes
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 Tsp of Dried Basil
4 Tbl of Fresh Lemon juice
1 Tsp of Dried Oregano
1 ½ Tbl of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp of Dried Thyme
1 Tbl of Soy Sauce
2 Tbl of Dry Adobo Seasoning
½ Cup of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients until combined well. Put London broil in a large sealable plastic
bag and pour marinade over it. Seal bag, pressing out excess air, and put it in a dish in case it leaks, and
refrigerate for up to 8 hours turning occasionally.

Remove meat from the marinade. Discarded the marinade, and pat the meat dry.

Preheat grill and on an oiled rack set about 5 to 6 inches over glowing coals, grill the meat, spinning once a 1/4 of
a turn for some good grill marks, 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until the meat registers 125 to 130 degrees on a
meat thermometer for medium-rare meat. Tent meat with some aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes before
cutting. Cut meat diagonally across the grain into thin slices. Yields 2-4 servings
